We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join a highly regarded residential aged care facility located on Sydney’s North Shore.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Aged Care Manager with exceptional clinical skills and leadership capabilities to oversee and drive high-quality clinical care in a medium-sized residential aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the clinical care and care team within the facility
- Collaborate with an experienced leadership team to enhance resident outcomes
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
- Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Lead within residential aged care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Current Police Check
- Current Vaccinations
