We are partnering with a well-established, NFP provider to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in aged care management, financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Residential Aged Care, oversee a dedicated on-site team and receive additional support from head office!!

- Manage a multidisciplinary team, guiding staff performance, strategic workforce planning, and core HR functions
- Oversee compliance to ensure compliance with all Aged Care Quality Standards
- Drive innovation and ongoing improvement to elevate resident wellbeing and service excellence
- Lead day-to-day operations and financial oversight to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the home
- Need a strong candidate who has 5-10 years experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care (Registered Nurse background essential)
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a Facility Manager within Aged Care
- Valid AHPRA registration - DIV 1 is essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance frameworks, and accreditation processes
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and occupancy management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and WHS obligation
