Operations Manager position overseeing the Community Care / Home Care for an aged care provider. Reporting directly to the Director, this is an opportunity to help spearhead all aspects of community care for the region.

- Experience working within funding and budgetary confines

- Solid business acumen and professionalism
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or management discipline
- Registered Nurse / Allied Health background (Desirable)
- Significant experience managing change
