Managing clinical, care, operations, and all service delivery across this modern Residential Aged Care Facility, you will ensure the highest standard of care is met while maintaining occupancy, driving funding, and ensuring a continued fully compliant facility.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Clinical experience in aged care as a Care/Facility Manager
- Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
- Experience with managing Budgets, Quality Standards, & Occupancy
- A proactive approach to staffing
