A fantastic opportunity to step into a Residential Manager role with a leading not-for-profit Aged Care provider near Albury.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and financial management of a medium-sized residential aged care facility. You'll be well supported by a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Managers, Quality & Compliance support, HR, kitchen, and maintenance teams.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience working as a Facility Manager/Residential Manager/Director of Nursing in residential aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Experience with performance management, motivating and driving a large clinical team to ensure high quality clinical care
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
