This is an incredible opportunity to join a values-driven and supportive aged care provider, leading the clinical care team of a large, fully accredited residential aged care facility in Canberra, ACT.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, mentor RNs and care staff, and drive quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of person-centred care. You will be supported by a second Care Manager and a dedicated onsite team including Quality, Education, Rostering, Lifestyle, and Maintenance support.

The Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration with previous experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator within residential aged care
- Ability to lead and motivate a clinical team within a residential aged care setting
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for delivering values-driven, high quality care
