In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You’ll also work collaboratively with the Quality and Education team to provide ongoing support and development for the clinical team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Deputy Facility Manager ready for their next challenge and committed to delivering high-quality care. You will bring strong leadership skills, with proven Aged Care experience.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience working as a Care Manager / Deputy Facility Manager
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Experience motivating a clinical team to ensure high quality clinical care
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
