The Opportunity
Seeking an established aged care leader to oversee day to day operations within a medium sized facility. The organisation offers a diverse and collaborative workplace culture. Supported by a wonderful executive leadership team.

- Provide strong leadership and clear direction, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and sound financial management to meet all organizational requirements and objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence while promoting the core values of the organization
- People/stakeholder management skills
- 3-5 years experince in Residential Management within an aged care setting
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse Division 1
- IPC, teritary qualifications and commissioning experience desirable
- Extensive knowledge of the accreditation standards and AN-ACC
