We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to join a reputable, not-for-profit aged care provider.
This role will manage the admissions process for a number of homes in the organisations portfolio.
About the Role
You will play a key role in driving occupancy and building relationships with prospective residents and families. Working alongside one other team member you will:
- Leading community engagement and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinating tours and admissions for prospective residents
- Managing admissions contracts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for families considering care
- Competitive salary up to $110K + Super + Salary Packaging
- Lead admissions across multiple sites with scope for growth
- Contribute to expansion and merger projects
- Make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and the community
- Work in a supportive, values-driven environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar admissions or relationship management role in aged care
- Confident with aged care admissions processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, dynamic team
