Admissions Manager - Aged Care - Multi Site
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to join a reputable, not-for-profit aged care provider.

This role will manage the admissions process for a number of homes in the organisations portfolio.

About the Role
You will play a key role in driving occupancy and building relationships with prospective residents and families. Working alongside one other team member you will:

• Leading community engagement and lead generation initiatives
• Coordinating tours and admissions for prospective residents
• Managing admissions contracts
• Acting as the primary point of contact for families considering care

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar admissions or relationship management role in aged care
• Confident with aged care admissions processes
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, dynamic team
