Redstone is seeking an experienced and capable After-Hours Care Manager to oversee operations at a large Residential Aged Care Facility during the night shift.
In this pivotal role, you will be the most senior clinician on duty overnight, responsible for leading and supporting staff across the night shift. You will ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of care and compliance throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations during night shift
- Provide clinical leadership and decision-making support to nursing and care staff
- Manage incidents, escalations, and risk proactively and professionally
- Ensure resident care is delivered safely and in line with regulatory standards
- Communicate key updates and handovers to weekday leadership teams
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Strong clinical leadership experience, ideally has worked as an AHM or CM previously
- Confident in decision-making and managing operations independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Availability to work nightshift across weekdays and weekends
