A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join this welcoming Aged Care facility. We are looking for an all-rounder, someone with experience in all aspects of aged care such as Dementia experience, Assessments, and Palliative Care, the Ability to lead a team, Medication Administration, and a Resident Focused Approach.

What we require:

• Current AHPRA Nursing Registration 
• Aged Care experience is essential!
• Accreditation knowledge
• Ability to educate care workers
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Criminal Record check 
• Evidence of Right to Work in Australia - NO SPONORSHIP AVAILABLE
