Redstone have partnered with a reputable organization that are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join the team covering the South Brisbane area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced case managers, supporting clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their own homes.

- Lead a team of high functioning Case Managers
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
- Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision
- Conduct internal audits, identifying areas of improvements
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in the Community Aged Care industry in a management position
- Strong management skills required
- Accreditation experience required
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the community
- In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
