This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Registered Training Organisation in a foundational role where you’ll shape growth, influence strategy, and make a measurable impact.

Our client is a nationally registered training provider delivering accredited qualifications, traineeships, and workforce development programs across the aged care, healthcare, early learning, and community sectors.

With strong organisational backing, a clear growth strategy, and a commitment to innovation, they are now seeking a high‑performing BDM to accelerate their commercial footprint and build sustainable revenue streams across Victoria.

The Opportunity
This is a high‑energy role ideal for someone who loves creating opportunities from scratch.

You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers across multiple sectors
  • Building and managing a self‑generated sales pipeline
  • Conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and value‑based sales conversations
  • Converting new opportunities into long‑term commercial partnerships
  • Representing the brand at industry events, expos, and conferences
  • Leading and mentoring a small team to support ongoing growth
  • Collaborating with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
  • Providing market insights to influence product development and commercial strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within Training Operations , healthcare, aged care, or early learning
  • Strong ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Experience with RTO operations and compliance (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Commercial confidence engaging executives, procurement teams, and business owners
  • High resilience and persistence through long sales cycles
  • Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
  • TAE40122 (or equivalent) advantageous but not essential
