With strong organisational backing, a clear growth strategy, and a commitment to innovation, they are now seeking a high‑performing BDM to accelerate their commercial footprint and build sustainable revenue streams across Victoria.
The Opportunity
This is a high‑energy role ideal for someone who loves creating opportunities from scratch.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, prospecting, and securing new customers across multiple sectors
- Building and managing a self‑generated sales pipeline
- Conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and value‑based sales conversations
- Converting new opportunities into long‑term commercial partnerships
- Representing the brand at industry events, expos, and conferences
- Leading and mentoring a small team to support ongoing growth
- Collaborating with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
- Providing market insights to influence product development and commercial strategy

- High autonomy — you own your pipeline, strategy, and outcomes

- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within Training Operations , healthcare, aged care, or early learning
- Strong ability to generate new business and close deals
- Experience with RTO operations and compliance (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial confidence engaging executives, procurement teams, and business owners
- High resilience and persistence through long sales cycles
- Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- TAE40122 (or equivalent) advantageous but not essential
