Clinical Manager Aged Care: Relocate to Mildura 
We require an experienced Clinical Manager to manage the clinical care within this large aged care residence based Mildura VIC.

Representing a values-driven leading aged care organisation, you will enjoy support form a skilled on-site clinical team, on-site operational management support, an experienced Residential Manager and an experienced regional management team.

This excellent career development opportunity is paying an attractive salary, up to $135,000 + super + $7K Relocation Assistance + Accomodation.

We need an experienced Clinical Services Manager with a solid track record in Aged Care management. This position is supported by an experienced Residential Manager, further operational support, regional ANACC , Clinical & Quality support, an experienced regional management team and a skilled on-site clinical care team.

We require an experienced clinical leader with a focus on clinical expertise, staff development, performance management, motivating teams, accreditation & compliance experience and thorough systems & processes experience.
  
The Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
  • At least 2 years aged care management experience
  • Demonstrated Care Manager experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ANACC
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
  • Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
  • Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
