The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical care operations to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Lead, support, and motivate the clinical team, including RNs and care staff
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits, manage accreditation preparation, and ensure compliance with policies
About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience in a Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care
