Care Manager (Aged Care)- Wollongong 
  
Redstone is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join a leading group located in Wollongong. This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider with an excellent working culture, where you will work closely with a diverse and supportive team.

Duties of the role:

• Lead, manage, and support the care team 
• Oversee clinical assessments and coordinate healthcare services
• Provide guidance to Managers, RNs, and Care Staff on delivering clinical care aligned with the provider's model of care.
• Deliver education and training in clinical practices and processes
• Assist with and investigate clinical or resident-related incidents 

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• At least 1 year aged care management experience 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Good knowledge of accreditation standards
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and patience in all aspects of care and leadership
