Care Manager (2IC) - Aged Care
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager who is looking for their next career move?

Redstone are seeking a Care Manager to join a medium sized not for profit aged care facility  near Hampton in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and coordination of care services within the facility
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
• Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within aged care
• IPC Lead Qualification Essential 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Current Police Check 
• Current Vaccinations
