About You:

• Current AHPRA registration with previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager within an aged care facility 
• Ability to lead and motivate a clinical team within a residential aged care setting
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills 
• Passion for delivering values-driven, high quality care
