The Role:
- Lead clinical operations within a medium sized residential aged care home
- Oversee Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring high clinical standards
- Manage clinical indicators, audits, and internal processes
- Drive a positive, collaborative team culture
- Work closely with the Facility Manager
- Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and foundations
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Care Manager (or similar leadership) role
- Confident across clinical compliance, audits, and managing complaints
- Experience or exposure to dementia care highly regarded
