Clinical Care Manager
Seeking a Care Manager to oversee all clinical operations at a Residential Aged Care Facility. You will directly report to the General Manager who requires assistance with all clinical matters. The position is incredibly busy and requires a person who has initiative and is committed to quality clinical care. There will also be another Care Manager to support you within this large facility.
Seeking a Care Manager to oversee all clinical operations at a Residential Aged Care Facility. You will directly report to the General Manager who requires assistance with all clinical matters. The position is incredibly busy and requires a person who has initiative and is committed to quality clinical care. There will also be another Care Manager to support you within this large facility.

Benefits
- Excellent salary on offer $120 -$140K + Super (dependent on experience)

- Monday - Friday full time position

- Oversee day to day clinical operations of the aged care facility
- Support and lead the clinical team overseeing performance management and and all aspects of clinical education
- Review clinical incidents, complaints and changes, lead compliance, oversee medication management
- Manage care planning and evaluation for residents
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits
- Oversee AN-ACC
- Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA is essential
- Post grad qualification or IPC Lead qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager and delivering quality clinical care
- Clinical assessment and care planning abilities
- Effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and AN-ACC
