Seeking a Care Manager to join a supportive NFP in Townsville. You will be responsible for all clinical operations ensuring quality and best practice resident care is at the forefront of all you do.
The role is based in a large home which will see you supporting a longstanding Facility Manager. You will oversee all clinical staff, AN-ACC, clinical governance, care planning and assessment, along with any continuous improvement measures which require implementation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership of employees, clinical governance, and ACFI
- Strong communication skill at all levels
- Complete a police check
- NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Current Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID 19 vaccinations
- $120-130K + super +salary packaging (Dependent on experience)
