Are you a passionate and experienced Care Manager looking to take the next step in your Aged Care career? This could be the perfect role for you!
Join a well-established, long-standing leadership team at a fully accredited aged care facility in Liverpool, NSW. You’ll have the opportunity to lead clinical care in a 130-bed facility, supported by x4 Clinical Coordinators, RNs and care staff.

- Supported by an established & long-standing Facility Manager, x4 Clinical Coordinators and a large team of Registered Nurses & care staff

- Fully accredited aged care facility with good staffing levels and high occupancy rates
- Permanent, full-time role: Monday-Friday (no weekend work!)
About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience as a Care Manager, ideally in a large aged care facility
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experienced in leading a clinical team through the accreditation process
- Strong financial management skills with experience managing a budget
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
