Salary: $130k + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Manager to guide the clinical care team at a large residential aged care facility in the North West Sydney area.
In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced senior leadership team to ensure the highest standards of quality care is maintained throughout the facility. You will provide approachable and supportive leadership, contributing to a welcoming work environment.

About You:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with proven experience in a Care Manager role within aged care.
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards with experience leading a clinical team through accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
