Salary: $130k + Super
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead the clinical team at a medium-sized residential aged care facility in Northern Sydney. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. You'll be supported by an onsite Quality team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with proven experience in a Care Manager role within Aged Care.
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, ideally with experience leading a clinical team through accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
