We require an experienced Clinical Manager to manage the clinical care within this medium aged care residence based Swan Hill, VIC.
Representing a values-driven leading NFP aged care organisation, you will work alongside and report to an experienced Facility Manager. This is a well-staffed, large facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.
The Role:
As a CCM, you will drive the leadership of clinical care to all residents and become an important leadership team member.
- Medium sized home
- Home is running well with strong occupancy levels
- Overseeing a lovely team of Registered Nurses and PCAs
- Happy to consider a candidate with strong aged care knowledge stepping up into the role
- Annual salary of $122K + super
- Not-for-profit salary packaging
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
- Initial accommodation can be provided for up to 8 weeks

- Demonstrated Care Manager experience in the aged care sector
- Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
- Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards
- Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
