The Opportunity
As Care Manager, you'll provide leadership and management direction for the clinical, care, and activities teams within the residential aged care facility. You'll work closely with an experienced, committed team and play a key role in an innovative, progressive aged care environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background delivering quality care to elderly residents
• Solid understanding of the modern aged care environment
• Enthusiastic and committed to positive resident outcomes
• A collaborative approach, keen to engage with the clinical leadership team and operational staff
