This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior clinician, Clinical Care Coordinator, or Deputy Director of Nursing looking to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive and values-driven aged care environment.
Working closely with the Residential Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care, drive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, and support the development of a positive and engaged workforce.
Role Overview:
- Permanent full-time Care Manager position
- Monday to Friday roster
- Lead clinical operations within a fully accredited 100+-bed aged care residence
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Drive compliance with aged care standards, infection prevention and quality frameworks
- Support and mentor nursing and care teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Monitor clinical governance, documentation, assessments and care planning
- Assist with workforce leadership, performance management and staff development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuous improvement
- Contribute to operational and financial objectives alongside the Residential Manager
- Competitive rate of $62.70 per hour plus superannuation

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant nursing degree or tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in a senior clinical leadership role within aged care, health care or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, clinical governance and AN-ACC
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and coaching skills
- Experience with clinical software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
