Clinical Care Manager – Relocation Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical services within a Residential Aged Care Facility located in regional Victoria. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical care across a well-established facility with more than 100 beds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations within the facility
  • Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, and support to the clinical team
  • Oversee staff rostering, delegation, education, and performance management
  • Monitor and review incidents, complaints, and clinical changes
  • Drive compliance initiatives and accreditation readiness
  • Coordinate person-centred care planning and resident assessments, including family case conferences
  • Conduct and prepare clinical governance audits
  • Ensure medication management practices comply with legislation and resident care requirements
About You
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in aged care leadership roles such as CCC, CM, or CCM
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound knowledge of Aged Care Standards, Resident Rights, and accreditation processes
