Care Manager, Launceston (Relocation Opportunity!)

Redstone are seeking an highly experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a large, fully accredited age care home in Launceston.

Relocate to the beautiful riverside town of Launceston known to be the most liveable regional city in Australia!!

About the Role: 

• In this role, you will assist in the management and coordination of care services within this large facility.
• Reporting to the Facility Manager and leading the clinical team. 
• Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Care Manager experience in the aged care sector - minimum 3 years
• Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
• Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.
• Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards
