The Role:

We’re currently seeking experienced and passionate Care Managers to join the leadership team at a medium to Large sized residential aged care in homes across Coastal and Regional NSW.

As Care Manager, you will lead, inspire and mentor Registered Nurses and care staff while ensuring clinical care delivery is of the highest standard and compliant with ACQS. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Aged Care provider on a permanent, full time basis.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
• Ability to lead & inspire a clinical team, with strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
• Fully vaccination history
