Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring client needs are met with a person-centred approach. Reporting to the Executive Home Care Manager, this role is responsible for supporting clients the community care division and fostering growth through strategic initiatives. You will have a manageable caseload across various levels and funding streams.

- Full time, permanent opportunity

- Proactive and entrepreneurial outlook is a must!
- Clinical or related qualification (e.g. RN, OT, Physio, Social Worker) + Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience managing case loads in home care.
- Experience working within funding and budgetary confines.
- High personal and professional ethical standards
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders
