Exclusive opportunity to oversee the running of this small Residential Aged Care organisation only 2 hours from Airlie Beach! Seeking a dynamic leader with drive and passion to guide the organisation.
The CEO will be responsible for the ongoing, successful management of the organisation in accordance with the strategies, policies, mission and values.
The breadth of this role requires a high level of clinical skills & business acumen including strong financial management, leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to others ensuring the optimal level of care is provided to residents. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Aged Care and be competent in all aspects of executive management.
About the role:
- Responsible for oversight of clinical care, strategic planning, operations and financial management
- Hands on role overseeing all operations of the facility including but not limited to clinical care, accreditation, and staffing.
- Stand alone RACF that has been in business for over 25 years
- Reporting to the board
- Small home that is fully accredited until 2027
- Excellent package with NFP benefits
- Current AHPRA registration - DIV 1 is essential
- Extensive experience as a Senior Manager within the aged care sector
- Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
- Great understanding of aged care legislation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized and an ability to use online systems
- Strong commercial acumen including working with operational budgets and financial management
