Clinic Medical Receptionist - Central Sydney - $60,000 - $65,000 + Super

Join a leading multi-service healthcare organization as a Clinic Medical Receptionist, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of Physiotherapy and Outpatient Rehabilitation programs.

Your Role: In this position, you will leverage your healthcare administration experience to manage:
  • Telephone and email inquiries
  • Patient check-in and administrative support for medical practitioners
  • Invoicing and receipting for patients (HICAPS, WorkCover, CTP, DVA, Medicare)
Experience with Genie Solutions software is essential.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule. Based in Central Sydney.
