Clinical Care Coordinator – Aged Care - Regional Victoria
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join a well-supported medium sized aged care facility located in a close-knit rural community in North Western Victoria, 90 minutes from Bendigo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse ready to step into leadership, or an experienced ANUM/Clinical Coordinator seeking a rewarding regional role with strong clinical variety, autonomy and impact.

About the Role

• Leadership opportunity suitable for Senior RNs stepping up into Clinical Coordinator level

About You

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience (aged care or acute desirable)

• Passionate about rural and regional healthcare
