Are you an experienced Registered Nurse eager to step into a leadership role? Or an experienced clinical leader seeking your next exciting opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded residential aged care facility based near Woy Woy as a Clinical Care Coordinator.

You'll work collaboratively with a team of Clinical Care Coordinators and a supportive Facility Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care across a large, fully accredited aged care home. With strong systems in place and a well-resourced team, you’ll have everything you need to thrive!

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with clinical leadership experience in residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential, ideally with accreditation experience
• Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
