Fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation on the Sunshine Coast. As the Clinical Care Director you will oversee the full daily clinical operations with the support of Clinical Leaders, a full team of floor staff along with an experienced operations manager.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
• Previous experience in a similar role in aged care (Clinical Manager/ Care Manager)
• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
