We are currently looking for a strong Clinical Care Manager to oversee all clinical operations within a very busy facility. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will assist them with all clinical matters. There will also be another Care Manager to support you within this large facility.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to work within a supportive team culture and expand on their existing skillset.
About the role:
- Very large RACF with strong occupancy levels.
- Working alongside another Care Manager as well as having support from head office regarding Quality, HR and AN-ACC.
- Advocate for clinical excellence and be willing to ensure a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity.
- Assist staff with assessments, treatment, documentation, and activities as needed.
- Maintain smooth clinical operations to meet resident care requirements and uphold standards.
- Convenient location based in Melbourne's inner suburbs!
- Demonstrated Care Manager experience in the aged care sector (minimum 3 years)
- Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
- Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards
- Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
