As the Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of a large, fully compliant 100+ bed aged care facility in Western Sydney. Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager, you'll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting your team, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for residents.

• Monday - Friday permanent full-time role
• Partner closely with an experienced Facility Manager and receive support from Clinical Care Coordinators onsite

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with clinical leadership experience in residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential, ideally with accreditation experience
• Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
