- Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday
This role focuses on mentoring new CSEs and RNs, fostering their confidence, and supporting their practice. Key duties include delivering education, conducting audits, resolving complaints, supporting family conferences and palliative care discussions, ensuring compliance with restrictive practice consents, overseeing student placements, and assisting with staff induction.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Aged Care
- Strong leadership skills and a background in education a bonus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Quality, Education or Care Managers positions
