You will be responsible for delivering Education to all clinical staff in this portfolio of RAC homes in Melbourne.
We are seeking a highly skilled clinician with strong training and mentorship skills who has a real focus on delivering education programs to ensure all staff can reach their potential.
Key details:
- Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to upskill all staff
- Salary based on experience with access to NFP Salary Packaging
- Work closely with the on-site Managers and support staff
- Ensure a compliant & high standard of care for all residents

- Based in Head Office with small amount of travel involved in local area

- Valid Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Qualifications - Essential
- Previous experience working in aged care Education or Quality roles
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment - highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, monitoring and evaluating learning and development needs and requirements of the clinical workforce.
