In this newly created role, you’ll play a pivotal part in establishing and expanding their home care services, with the autonomy to build and shape your own team from the ground up.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about innovation, driving service excellence, and creating a positive impact. You will oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, design and implement education programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred home care services.

About You:
- AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) with proven experience in Home Care / Community setting
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards & Support at Home reforms
- Ability to lead & develop a team fostering a positive and supportive working environment
- Passion for innovation, growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Full Australian Working Rights
