The role:
Redstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Clinical Leader position in a well established aged care facility in South Sydney. The provider is seeking a skilled candidate to focus on the clinical performance of the facility while overseeing staff members and providing leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close knit tea with an excellent working culture.

- Excellent clinical skills in aged care
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within aged care
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AN-ACC funding and aged care standards.
- Experience in managing, mentoring and overseeing large number of staff
- Willingness to learn and improve their Nursing skills
- Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience working as a CCC or Care Manager is essential
- Proven experience training & mentoring staff members at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
