Clinical Leader - NFP Aged Care Provider

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to guide the clinical care team at a large residential aged care facility in the Richmond area. 

In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced senior leadership team and take responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of quality care throughout the facility. You will provide approachable and supportive leadership, contributing to a welcoming work environment.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse: Proven experience in a Clinical Manager role within aged care.
• Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team.
• Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
