As Clinical Care Manager you will lead, inspire and mentor Registered Nurses and care staff while ensuring clinical care delivery is of the highest standard and compliant with the strengthened aged care standards. - Report to the Facility Manager
- Manage care planning, compliance, and audit processes
- Maintain thorough documentation, reporting and strong understanding of SIRS
- Educate and lead staff on the implementation of incoming reforms and drive continuous improvement

- AHPRA Registration as a DIV 1 Registered Nurse
- Experience as Care Manager
- Proven understanding of AN-ACC funding, Care Planning, Quality indicators and SIRS
- IPC Lead qualification Desirable
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards and incoming reforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
