In this crucial role, you will be a cornerstone in providing staff education, identifying documentation gaps, and ensuring thorough follow-ups. As a mentor to both Registered and Care staff, you will be instrumental in upholding and elevating high-quality care standards.

- Experienced Clinical Manager in residential aged care required
- Excellent clinical knowledge
- Understanding of quality and legislation
- Hands-on approach with a visible presence on the floor
- Active participant in continuous improvement activities
