To thrive in this role, you should possess:

AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
Proven experience in a Clinical lead/ Clinical Nurse/ CCC role
Excellent aged care clinical skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities will be key contributors to your success.
Efficient time management, familiarity with accreditation standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement are qualities we hold in high regard.
Your superior communication skills, both written and verbal, will play a pivotal role
Experience managing/mentoring care staff and navigating successful change management.
