Clinical Nurse

Seeking a Clinical Nurse to join a tight knit family organisation based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. As the Clinical Nurse within this home, you will run the clinical care within the home with the support of the Facility Manager (RN). 

You will have the support of a highly experienced Facility Manager, a great team of nurses and care staff to support you. 

• Medium sized NFP organisation - 70 beds 
• Tight knit community 
• Can consider an experienced nurse with the right attitude to step up into the role 
• Home is running well and fully accredited 

To be considered for this role: 

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
• Experience working in a Clinical Nurse within aged care or experienced RN seeking their next step 
• Excellent Communication skills
• Up to date with changes in aged care and the accreditation process 
• Demonstrated experience with funding  
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Enthusiastic to learn 
• Demonstrated ability working in a cohesive team
• Positive attitude and a real passion to work within Aged Care
