Seeking a Clinical Nurse to join a tight knit organisation based in Far North QLD. As the Clinical Nurse within this home, you will run the clinical care within the home with the support of the Facility Manager (RN). This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care for residents, ensuring care plans are implemented in alignment with best practices and Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will have the support of a highly experienced Facility Manager, a great team of nurses and care staff to support you. 

• Medium sized NFP organisation 
• Tight knit community 
• Must have 3 years experience in the Aged Care space
• Home is running well and fully accredited 
• Fantastic, solid structure in place with plenty of on-site support 

To be considered for this role: 

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
• Experience working in a Clinical Nurse within aged care or experienced RN seeking their next step 
• Excellent Communication skills
• Up to date with changes in aged care and the accreditation process 
• Demonstrated experience with funding  
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Enthusiastic to learn 
• Demonstrated ability working in a cohesive team
• Positive attitude and a real passion to work within Aged Care
