About the role:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing clinical leadership to both the Clinical and Care teams across the weekend and crossover with management. You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable the facility to continue to deliver a high standard of care and services.
About you:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Leadership experience in Aged Care as an RN
- Strong clinical skills and ability to mentor RNs
- Extensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Passion for Aged Care and supporting residents
