Community Aged Care Manager

Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring client needs are met with a person-centred approach. Reporting to the Executive Home Care Manager, this role is responsible for supporting clients the community care division and fostering growth through strategic initiatives. You will lead a small team and have oversight of any escalations, reviews and funding streams.

  • Full time, permanent opportunity

  • Approx 250 clients across the team.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing case loads in home care. 
  • Experience working within funding and budgetary confines.
  • High personal and professional ethical standards
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders
