Role Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous homecare/community experience
• Recent clinical leadership experience is desirable
• Proven case management experience within aged care, health or disability sectors
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Valid driver's licence + vehicle needed
